people finally feel the impact already. its pure logic that this eventually happens

in pj if i jam 20 mins at least i can get everything i need. if 20mins jam here just to exit, really kesian. then go to pj jam another time lol

in the end i feel the residents got this to themselves. many were defensive and protective of the image of elmina because worry these claims tarnish the developement, end up nothing being done until now need to collect petition lol

one of the forummer here pointed out something very true. this place has so many parks and misc stuff but miss out on the important elements. its alot of gimmick but not enough substance. even the "mall" has so many cons but again people sugar coat it and manipulate it as unique etc lol

i also find the contradictions here ironic

- claims elmina is peaceful and quiet place but so many complaining about crowd, jams and rempits
- claims elmina is complete, no need go anywhere but at the same time, people still have to keep promoting about going to kl/pj with dash only takes 20 mins and mrt which is non existence
- claims it only takes 20 mins to go to anywhere else but jam just to exit taman already more than 20 mins
- then blames the jam due to neighbouring township but own development keep building "attractions" with poor layout planning (eg: praise all the schools being built but ignore the weird planning, praise mall with poor parking planning, praise the many many parks opened for even more non residents)

so many ifs, buts and excuses to downplay and manipulate the issues

the amount of jilat and sugarcoating grandiose claims here is insane, can't even keep the story straight and consistent already

exactly. alot of people is missing the point about congestion in a developed place vs a developing place

elmina is far from being developed, yet there is already bad congestion

it's not even about public transport or neighbouring township. it is the fact that the planning of the development itself is flawed and it is unfortunate the sales people continuously sugar coat things and keep giving empty promises. most of the time when mention about this main issue, will beat around the bush

having congestion and not having public transport is bearable if the place has all the necessities. but when there is no necessities and you have to travel out but get stucked for hours, that's the nightmare.
