Anyone know whether all EG6 launched phases are sold out? They claimed Phase 1 100% sold but no update on Phase 2. Just wondering if the take up is still hot.

Has traffic on DASH reduced since toll was charged?

Elmina buyers who just bought Elmina house because of DASH Highway are crying now....

In their earlier masterplan, there were entrance and exit of DASH before Denai Alam toll connecting to Elmina Ridge. Perhaps, this will be back again once Elmina Ridge is in built. For now it still saves a lot of time, but we still need to ask for more improvement right.

Hi, planning to purchase EG 1 here, considering the price for 20x70 landed is reasonable. Not quite familiar with the area. As far as i understand EG1 is the furthest away from the centre of Elmina. Does the distance affect getting to nearby commercial areas/amenities ? It seems saujana utama covers some of the shoplots/restaurant etc.

One thing I noted during my visit to the sales gallery and then driving around to see the completed EG1 and the other under construction units is the number of roundabouts. Not sure if it was the heatwave but I sure got dizzy after driving about.  Was there looking at EG7 and IR3

The Denai roundabouts, especially the one near the mosque is getting very congested. Can be dangerous if we encounter drivers who are not familiar with rules of roundabout. I also forgot my bulatan undang-undang until recently. Very few roundabouts left in PJ area, still got one large one in Subang (near SJMC).

Those choosing green 7 can explain a bit your reasonings?

I went for site visit when they launched but it's too isolated from the rest of elmina. It's like saujana utama already. To go from green to elmina city center also takes forever with their bad roads.

Then there's the traffic jam that will only get worse once rsku is fully built. Your only way out is the guthrie exit via Jalan paip which is a nightmare in the mornings. Dash also need to go until city center

So I'm guessing those who went with eg7 is mostly retired people? Or is there any secret magic door that I don't know about?

It’s a pity you can’t enjoy nice stretch of road going home and instead have to go through multiple bumps.

Just came back from the mall, what a trip. Cars were parked along the roads even before reaching the mall, and I thought to myself no way there are that many people. When I got there, it was packed! Even the two outdoor parking lots were full. I had to circle around to find a spot on the roadside.

Spotted iherng at the sales office, and the mall was so bustling and lively - such a vibrant atmosphere! Not bad at all for the first day.

The warehouse concept is very refreshing. The high ceilings and airy space really give it a nice vibe, it did not feel hot maybe because of today's weather. Saw young families bringing baby strollers and older folks out with their children. A great mix of people, and it feels very lifestyle-friendly, comparable to (if not better than) the Waterfront at Desa Parkcity. The only downside is this mall is not pet friendly.

Most of the shops were already open, but Harvey Norman will only open next Friday, which btw is a huge store. I had only stayed for a short while, but I'm definitely planning to return to check out the massage center and grocery store. Oh, and I picked up some char siew wantan mee to support the food store there. Many promo until end of the week.

Personally I think this place is going to thrive. The turnout was impressive considering it was a weekday. Just imagine how busy it will get on the weekend. It seems like everyone has been craving some entertainment on top of the leisure activities they're already enjoying in Elmina and the neighboring townships. Fingers crossed that the clubhouse for indoor sports will be ready soon.

Can i ask whether there are any commercial shops around Elmina Green side?

Just wonder when Persiaran Dillenia will be opening for the public use to relief traffic from Persiaran Shorea.....
