Sime darby agent keep on promoting Dash enter in/out via denai alam intersection. Pulak.
Went to look at ilham residence and the layout foe type4 is really bad. Alot space were wasted and the layout ia bad for ground floor.

the denai alam interchange (EXIT 3505A) is a new interchange for DASH, the current interchange to access denai alam is actually name as bukit subang interchange (EXIT 3505)

do consider the sales statement is true, it's just they don't mention it's go puncak perdana direction instead.

Icic meaning that going towards kl direction still have to go through kg melayu subang exit huh. What a major inconvenient.

if u did ask their future plans in 10 years... ask sime darby what will they do to ensure the commercials all taken up and to make the area vibrant... instead of just what is coming in the masterplan....

I have to agree with this. SD just build build build. The Denai Alam shoplots which just streets away from Ev2 and morw than half of shops are close and others barely surviving. I am sure the Elmina 1 would be the same. Not to mentioned the so called Elmina City Centre even Sales agent also doubt 10 years is viable.

I dont dont anything growing in Elmina except more landed and more landed.
