Today drive around elmina city. Like the design of EV. EV1 i think just now facing low cost apt. And another one next to the temple. But the road is wide and empty. Nice landscape. Just now heavy rain, i think the drain could not take it, sooo it became waterfall, im not sure which ev cause looks almost the same. Some part of the road banjir sikit.

Then i drive to EG1C and felt like i drove to the end of the world. So far from EV. Hopefully when the access road from elmina city to this eg1c is completed, will feel better to travel around. Oh ya, beside eg1c, rsku started construction expected completion in 2021.

I think few reason ppl prefer ilham over elmina green, one is ilham launched earlier than elmina green, but main reason is elmina green is super far from the central of the elmina...almost like next kampung d (near to saujana utama), being that if u want to come to another part of elmina, u gotta pay toll if want fast, even that so, it also takes u 10min to come to the central of elmina. slow maybe u can take kampung road which almost like 1 way fro-and-go road

If SDP follows it master plan, ilham seems to have more advantage of being closer to commercial activities area...which elmina green is super far and ulu...

I just saying base on current situation, u want fast then need pay toll not?... and base on my reason why I not choose EG over other project... and even if road is completed, the location is still further away from the central, driving distance is still there, and not that straight forward, I think easily 7-10minutes as well unless u speeding recklessly la lol
