A few prime members PM me. New launched unit EG3 don't have referral scheme. Sorry for my wrong thought and question here.. I went to sales gallery yesterday. To book the unit, SA En Lutfi will assist..love the new EG3.. Attractive. Made us want to cancel our booking with Gamuda Cove..

did a tour around EG1&2 during Raya ke2..a few subsales adv already. Location EG3 which is near to saujana utama means school, kindergarten, F&B, banks are very near and accessible.

With almost same prize, you can get 2,262 sq feet compare to GC with 1,8++ sqft.

I've been compared with 2 projects since the implementation of PKPB. For me, Elmina G3 have a better advantage in terms of price and house benefits.

I've already considered that. The thing is, try to book early so that we can choose unit that is far from the TNB line.

Or else, you can wait for opening of other unit which are far away from the line.

In other hand, what is your main purpose to buy EG3. To stay or to invest?

If to stay, don't worry so much as you might want to stay there for more than 20 years.

In view of the above, im planning to stay with the hope that over the years may also have some opportunity for appreciation comparing to old properties at ceiling price + plus minus 150k reno though at developed township.

Appreciate all your kind advices / review for ev1 / ev2 or even on my opinion. Tq

I am staying at an old apartment in WMaju. Not plan to sell it off. But will rent it out, fully furnished. We ( young family) already choosed EG 3, which will completed in 2 years from now. With rebates and discounts, EG3 we got RM640K ++.


With the current market condition, in my opinion, not easy for you to find a buyer for your condo. Will take some time , more than 6 months ( loan rejected, genuine buyer? ) are some of the considerations you need to have in mind.

You can WhatsApp him direct asking on the price after rebates and discounts. We went twice to the sales gallery and I can say their sales gallery are always busy with people looking around.

Elmina is the 5th sales gallery we went so far. After eco grandeur, gamuda cove..based on our needs EG3 is the right choice we did, insha'Allah.

Phase 1 sold out. Phase 2 will open for public on 22 June. Managed to book one where near to playground and not face anybody in front of the house ( SA helped us a lot to book early).

We went to query on 3rd week of May. We are not SDP staff. Staffs got benefits, they can choose unit. We have to wait also. Public like you. Lined up behind them.

And from banks' perspective, they worry that developer can give you ridiculous discounts but bank still have to finance 90% of the full price instead of discounted price. So this can be a business risk for them because some people may struggle to pay higher monthly installment than they need to. But this is my theory la. I dont know la whether banks ever worry about stuffs like this. lol
