I saw both starting price
From RM 709,999 for Green Three and From RM 709,157 for illham

Pricing quite close

Until today I don't understand why would people choose Ilham over Green 3.
1. The size is a huge difference, yet price almost equal
2. Ilham is strata, while Green 3 is freehold. If GnG is the concept, freehold also can do GnG. So not a point really.
3. Being a strata, maintenance would be higher. Eg. Parcel rent vs quit rent

So why people still choose Ilham over Green 3 then?

I think few reason ppl prefer ilham over elmina green, one is ilham launched earlier than elmina green, but main reason is elmina green is super far from the central of the elmina...almost like next kampung d (near to saujana utama), being that if u want to come to another part of elmina, u gotta pay toll if want fast, even that so, it also takes u 10min to come to the central of elmina. slow maybe u can take kampung road which almost like 1 way fro-and-go road

If SDP follows it master plan, ilham seems to have more advantage of being closer to commercial activities area...which elmina green is super far and ulu...

Where got starting price 5xxk. Smallest is around 650k for type 1 18*60.

So access is the ONLY Ilham's main point? Totally understand that point, but to justify the price it seems ridiculous selling 18*60 for 650k if only access is the advantage.

I have laid out the differences in the above post.
I even asked SD sales person, apart from size, type and access, no difference. Minus all those pish posh access to guest house (only for 2 years), TNB solar, etc, nothing else tops that.

700k for 20*60 and 20*80, its a huge difference.

And since u insists there other difference, why dont u laid it out? U know that proof is in the hand of accuser correct?

Edit: sorry if my post sounds hostile, but I'm just really worked up with ridiculous price SD given to buyers
