Anyone has the latest status of the sales progress for EV5? Any idea why their website showing price starting from 850,399 but previously some mention for intermediate unit is 816k?

no matter how shiny, if its not calling for you, it is not meant for you.

Any chance anyone have the details layout plan for the EG1C? Not the one in brochure or the one in attached in S&P.
I looking for the details layout, at least with the information such as the size of each room(length and width) and if possible ceiling height, plan to DIY 3D ID.

where is the nearest primary and secondary schools around Elmina Valley/Denai Alam?

Elmina Valley seems good location compare to Elmina Green. Not sure where ilham is located.
