Iโ€™ve been following up with Kwasa Development since 2014. Wanted it to be my first home. The waiting is far too long. The good news is YTL will be one of the first to launch terrace and townhouses this year but leasehold la. The smallest size is 1,200 square feet. Price not sure yet.

Previously Naza supposed to develop the land. Wanted to sell it for townhouse starting over RM1mil back then.

if townhouses can be launched between 500k to 600k I think thatโ€™s reasonable as a started home. Any where above rm700k might as well get a subsale at KD or townhouses like Mutiara Tropicana nearby

Got some update from sales rep. Starting indicative price is RM570k. Now it seems reasonable. Sure gonna be hot selling

I have secured a unit and made a booking fees for an intermediate unit, upper floor, net price after bum discount is about RM490k.

However, Iโ€™ve decided not to purchase it as Iโ€™m waiting for townhouse to launch in Kwasa Damansara.

Yup under YTL but indicative gross price for 1,200 sq ft townhouse is RM800k. so far no any updates from them. Name of the residence is Dedaun Rimba

Yeah true the reasonable price, freehold and not a conventional layout of 1.5 storey is eye-catching.

However, I prefer an area which is walking distance to public amenities like lake, public parks, MRT, future shops and YTL Kwasa definitely ticks all the boxes. Cuma entry price mahal.

I believe the price of low rise condo in Elmina is cheaper than PH, given the Serenade and Alcove are at the luxury site of PH and itโ€™s a well established township.

Thanks! If too expensive, Iโ€™ll just settle for low density condominiums like Linari Damansara or Ari Kwasa Damansara.

EPF build its HQ at Kwasa (or RRIM land it purchased), it has nothing to do with Elmina though

You can google MRT Elmina City Centre. The idea is to extend the MRT Line 1 to Elmina City Centre with the possibility of extending it to LRT 3 Shah Alam that will benefits most of the West-North Klang Valley Public Transportation.

I doubt so. Gov wonโ€™t simply cater interest of one party i.e. SDP just to extend MRT line. It has to be collective interests of all parties especially the public in other nearby areas. Plus itโ€™s not inside the gov budget anytime soon to extend this line.
