QUOTE(scarypoolparty @ Dec 24 2019, 11:02 PM) The lower handrail is called handicapped featured bathroom. Actually, I have to agree with this. I find house layout with kitchen in front and the living room at the back really nice. It's too bad that this kind of layout is not so common in Malaysia and I have already gotten a unit in E. Green. Else, I will definitely consider this. The only thing I dont like about Elmina Grove layout is not all the rooms have their own attached bathrooms. If the kitchen is in front, meaning the living is facing own garden and landscaped common garden. This is the RIGHT way for living. We have been designing homes the wrong way. Why need to see what cars you have in the living hall? To refresh your memory on what cars you drive? Why the masterbedroom always facing the artery road??? Worried no car zooming noise and cant sleep???? |

QUOTE(Humanoid @ Mar 11 2020, 01:16 AM) any owner/resident would like to share the living experience there? hardly can see or feel the environment by going round there... way too big the place Visited a friend of mind who is staying in EV3 for a few times, fell in love with the place and bought a unit in EG. Handover will be sometime this year. Overall, I chose this place because the environment is very peaceful. I'm currently staying in damansara perdana area and although it is significantly further away from amenities that I frequent, but for me, I feel I can do all the shopping that I want during the weekdays as both me and my hubby is working in central area and we just wanted a place that's peaceful, serene and comfy during the weekend. Price wise, it's reasonable. I've been surveying for close to a year. Initially, I was looking for a condo around PJ/KL. As I'll be staying in the unit indefinitely, my criteria for the condo must be somewhat low density, good location/neighbourhood and minimum build up of 1200sft. And it's just really hard to get anything like this for less than 900k/1mil. Then we decided to settle with Elmina because it's freehold, reasonably priced and accessibility. I see the location is somewhat between PJ and Subang. Connected via Guthrie, NKVE, Federal and upcoming Dash (although its not directly going into the township) but its a major plus point to have the highway for us to go into Damansara area in the future. Most importantly, it's spacious enough for us and because its freehold, we do not have to worry about the remaining number of years left in its lease even if we were to sell it off many years later. Hope this helps. |
