heh.... i suppose all the Sales agent will use DASH as the main selling point telling how connected elmina is.

anyway- stupid planning isn't it? elmina/DA is a major township along the route of DASH,

We see police stations everywhere, but bomba stations quite rare. Nearest to Elmina would be Bukit Jelutong, it's quite big. Plus, Sime Darby reserve 2 plots - in Elmina Green and Denai Alam, that's quite close to each other, no way they will build 2 stations.

yes- they are part of the master plan.
it cannot be changed easily. When it is being built- it is up to the budget and plan of Fire department and Police department.
not sure if the developer continue to hold on the piece of land, or handed over to the town council.

Yup- SD became the giant of landbank when they merge with Gutrie and ... another plantations player

yes- they have massive landbank everywhere. Slowly concern to residential. The DA/Elmina area definitely is palm oil estate, i recall cycle MTB at the back of DA 8 years back. now all are gone already.

now SJ seems to be epicenter of commercial activites- but it sort of faded a little with most college moving out right? the prime was probably 20 years ago.

How much will elmina bloom, lets wait and see. It does looks huge on the map, with kota elmina/business center and joining with Saujana utama.

only time will tell

eh, travel form Sg Buloh to Kajang is approx 30+KM? easily 1 hr with drive.
RM 5.70 also not cheap? what else do you want wei?
Petrol also more than RM 6 liao, + toll+ car maintenance + your time and energy.....

got some nice Chinese food/ kopitiam there.

Also there is "Meaty" which do wholesale pork, nicely packed
good quality for BBQ or steam boat

yup it helps, also help those in BJ toll going into NKVE as well as traffic is spread out.

RM2.30.... lol accidentally charge eh.
they wanna gradually leak it ba, so we don't get shock and mentally prepared.

Total 3 tolls? That is RM 7 X2. Money buy time......

you serious? 2nd line clearly mentioned Bandar Elmina.

anyway- it wont be so near residential area la, wont affect the property value.
and modern type is with nice and lush landscape. - it did mentioned new type of burial which the ashes is burried into a green field, with out tombstone. the field will use to grow flowers/small tree landscape.

yes- the congesting is coming from all side.
now is mostly landed property, from saujana utama, few others area as you said.

no way we can stop the traffic coming,
and guess what- the high rise constructed just started- there will be more and more being proposed, sold, constructed and VP.

those are really high density and have real impact to the traffic

The townhouse- although still a little hard to accept conceptually. but seems a decent product with that price point.
cheaper than condo, and more privacy than condo and without lift.
