Tol for Dash highway RM2.3. Already no direct link, some more so expensive for short distance

Really disappointed with the toll price .. I only use a little from Kota Damansara to Denai Alam, RM2.30 ... nearly the price that i use for Penchala Link.

At least better than those who want to use LDP to/from Bandar Sri Damansara/DPC heading towards/from Mutiara Damansara/TTDI. RM2.10 lol

Also prepare for possible toll increase after a few years. We all know how this works. It could increase to 2.50/2.60 at least within next 3-5 years.

2.30 per toll means journey from Denai Alam to Penchala Link will cost RM 4.60 per way and in total RM 9.20 including return trip. That’s RM 9.20 to & fro. More pricey than I thought, but not the worst either.

Penchala RM3? Total RM15.20 per day. And the exit nearest to denai alam is subang 2, and there are a few cross junctions before denai alam, not really worth to pay every day but it's an alternative when you are in a hurry

Yes you have a point. If you take Penchala toll as well then it’s RM 15 / day. If you travel 5 days per week at an average 4 weeks per month then that’s around RM 300 / month in tolls. Denai Folks also need to get stuck at the Bukit Badak traffic lights. But if you travel without DASH your cost will be additional petrol + time, not sure if that’s RM 300 worth. I guess it’s good we have some options now at least.

How is the traffic now in NKVE. Still the same? I was wondering would the dash highway helps to divert some traffic.

If really 750k for the townhouse, would probably recommend to go for terrace subsale at Elmina or Denai Alam instead. But it seems by the width that the entrance should be 18 ft at least. Curious on the built up 🤔
