Projek Lintasan Damansara-Shah Alam Sdn. Bhd. akan menjalankan aktiviti pembinaan yang dijadualkan seperti berikut:
Aktiviti : Pengaktifan Pusingan ‘U’ & Pemansuhan Lampu Isyarat Secara Kekal
Lokasi : Jalan Sungai Buloh
Tarikh : 23 Julai 2022 (Sabtu)
Masa : Bermula 12.01 pagi
Jangkaan Aktiviti:
• Pengaktifan pusingan ‘U’ di persimpangan Jalan Bukit Badak & persimpangan Surau Wildan serta pemansuhan lampu isyarat di persimpangan Jalan Merbau/Jalan Tembusu secara kekal di Jalan Sungai Buloh bermula 23 Julai 2022 jam 12.01 pagi.
• Tiada pemansuhan lampu isyarat untuk belok ke kanan (Persiaran Galaksi) dari arah Sungai Buloh.

Hey sorry. Traffic light at Persiaran Galaksi you still need to stop, i was mistaken. But that is a T-junction only, they can still change it to allow traffic from left to drive without stopping. Don’t know if there’s a plan to do that, now that they have cancelled plan to remove the traffic light

Thanks. Yes we won’t know until it’s completed. My feeling is that they will take the easy way out and just make all cars stop, less trouble in design of the roads. I guess DASH does still help, but this feels like it kinda stops halfway. The folks at Puncak Alam are better served by DASH actually, Elmina and Denai seem ‘bypassed’ a bit.

I also just realized that there is a on-ramp to join DASH (KL direction) from Persiaran Galaxi. So if this is true people from Emina can use back roads ie jalan Nukleus, Fajar and then to Galaxi to get onto DASH. But coming home still need to wait at multiple lights.

Yes, there is a ramp there towards KL. This road will definitely gets busier once DASH opens.

Another one is from Persiaran Cakerawala, in front of Star Avenue, but heavy traffic every morning. You can still use this from Elmina but more suitable for those in Subang Bestari

DASH was always meant to cope with increased development along Jalan Mokthar Dahari.
Guthrie was for Sime Darby projects, Bukit Jelutong, Denai Alam. I remember when Guthrie first opened there was no ramp to jalan mokhtar dahari after the toll. It was an afterthought

I saw alot of comment on dash highway, im wondering that i use subang airport road to work. However, i dont see any Dash Highway exit or join at the star avenue there?

Yes I think there is a entry onto DASH at Star Avenue using Cakerawala towards KL.

Right in front of star avenue, coming from Subang Bestari. The ramp is built, but road hasn't been paved completely

Has anyone recently checked out the development progress for Hevea at Elmina Gardens?
I last visited in Jun-22, quite disappointing at the speed (or lack thereof).
Thought it was supposed to be completed in Mar-23, with MCO extension likely Jun-23 at the earliest.
However, it was disappointing when I asked my SA, as when I mentioned I wanted to estimate how long more to extend my rental agreement, he said best to budget for end of 2023!

I can look from inside E Gardens and seems quite slow too. Last time Reesia also extended about 9 months due to MCO. So probably Hevea will be the same as they launched it during MCO. By right shoud be VP early next year if nornal case. End of next year sounds about right if they apply for extension from gov. Can't do anything as gov allow extension due to MCO.

EG6 phase 2 launching this Saturday 30th, will be more expensive than Phase 1 but with an extra small room downstairs. I think minimum price will be 980k. Crazy prices going up and up and up. Anyone booked and signed SPA for Phase 1?

Oh, phase 2 is bigger built-up. But the price is before all the discount/rebate right? or no more after HOC ended?

I think for non-prime member discount is around 10% only, basically zero entry. So if cheapest is around 980k then net will be around 882k thereabouts. Still pretty expensive.

look like elmina green series lauching finish soon, next is EG22 and EG18 and hopefully eastern oriental too

ops you are right. EG18 is EG five, EG21 is EG four so only left EG22 (semi-D), EG23, EG27, EG29
