Anyway, just noticed that SDP is starting for their 1500 acres Elmina business Park recently.....banner is avywhere now......

Looks like SDP is started to focus on the industrial park in this corridor......

Yeah man....but really freaking big this Elmina Business Park, almost 3 times from the EW Business Park V......sweat......hopefully once ELmina business Park start operation, then it will bring some spill effects to their neighbor KLK BSC.....haha.....

Yeah, somehow they "rebrand' it by SDP itself.....I think probably is due to macro economic concern which it doesnt make sense to create a similar "township" to fight with existing Elmina itself.....A bold move for 1500 acres business park by Sime Darby.....hopefully they can success.

Nearest Shop Lots for EV should be either at Temu near to Elmina Sales Gallery which is now only started land clearing works, or you may travel to Denai Alam for basic necessities.

For this kind of size, not considered small malls already......quite sizeable retail parks for a developing township......I think is a good sign since SDP is trying to push for commercial elements in this corridors......which success will further enhanced values for this township........

Now is waiting for more detailed info regarding to this mall, like how big NLA and potential tenants they targeted.

I think they have one reserved road for the entrance to Elmina City Center for the roundabout outside EV 2 and EV 3. Guess they will be connecting from there, once the thing is up.

Yeah most likely MBSA will ask developer to bear the costs, as I think Worldwide is sponsoring some stretch of road upgrade around that area connecting to Kwasa Land.....

Puncak Alam alignment is just for freight lines. The passengers train wont passby via this spur lines to Port Klang via PA. Personally thought, is a bonus for PA residents, but dun think it will be the catalyst for this corridor.....
