just for your information, SD used to practice (at least Elmina) selling new phase with the surrounding subsale price likes bukit subang and denai alam landed. i think cheapest denai alam now is rm630k (20x65), bukit subang usually less rm 50-100k.

persiaran frekuensi is elmina east

i think its not south part of elmina east since the main road call persiaran nukleus.

so only left the remain plot potential inside elmina garden

let start with bukit subang interchange (GCE)

from bukit subang interchange to enter DASH, kampung subang baru which means after petronas and one traffic light.

from DASH to bukit subang interchange, plan revised, now it's nearby petronas where previously subang airport

from the master plan,there are some coming development

elmina hills, elmina ridge, elmina city centre, elmina peak

elmina peak suppose be the last residential if developed by SD, unless it sold to someone else.

i think from elmina green, you have a lot of options, subang bestari, subang 2, pinggiran subang, kampung melayu subang (nearest from GCE bukit subang interchange)

setia alam wont have any direct link to DASH for current plan, the most you got is a link to alam budiman or puncak perdana
