Owner can login to website and submit ticket - lodge defect report & monitor progress :

Sometimes contractors may not do good fixing work, so owner should submit ticket for history tracking purpose.

Recently EV1-2 has been fenced up and with security guards.
Security house and gate are in progress and to be ready as planned.
Vehicles from outsiders are to registered at guard house, so it's safer now to hang out within taman area.

Anyone work at KL/PJ needs to consider heavy traffic jam (Subang to Setia Alam) during peak hours at NKVE.

it took 30-40min from NKVE/Sg Buluh/Kuala Selangor/Guthrie to reach Elmina only during peak hours.
Also from NKVE/Subang exit/Kampung Subang to reach Elmina is another path.

From Bukit Jelutong toll access to NKVE will start traffic jam after 7:30am
From Guthrie towards Rawang exit to NKVE also heavy jam after 7:30am

From Damansara/Sg Buluh/Jalan Duta towards Rawang/Guthrie back to Elmina is fast (about 30-50min) in the afternoon during 5-7pm
