Yeah now I saw you mentioned out some differences like guest house, tnb solar, etc.
Other factors such as location mentioned by post above and building materials (?) might also create diff. Perhaps you might think all those stuffs are not necessary to you but it will be attractive to some others ppl which make them feel worth it. So basically it's just diff ppl diff opinion.

Also I believe you know that GnG of strata and GnG of freehold have diff too, which freehold GnG you need to pray that all residential are willing to pay the fees but if they don't you can't force them too and at the end the GnG plan messed up.

Just discussion anyway so cheers wink.gif

Tbh incoming water pressure low is not a defect, he stay other area also might have same issue.
Faulty not getting entertained after warranty expired is quite reasonable also, owner responsible to do all the checkup within warranty period.

Weird, I entered from sungai puloh to mokhtar dahari until alam budiman around 5pm don't have any flood, maybe that time already receded? Only start having flooded road when entering setia perdana area
