Hi guys,

I just bought the htc touch enhanced less than 1 month ago, but the screen alignment are driving me nuts. The alignment goes out almost every other time i use the pda! That's easily 20 times a day! Sometimes it's so bad that i can't even reach the settings page. I just have to wait til it recovers itself (i don't know how it does that). Is there any way to resolve this without going to the service center?

Well, last night I got a bit too frustrated it, and I ended pressing the top part of the screen quite hard. I believe the screen was probably touching the frame which confuses the touch screen functions. It's working fine since then except this morning when I switched it on again. I reset it and its working fine again. I hope it's the end of the problem or else I'm going send it in for warranty claim.

Guess I'm just the unlucky one since no one else has this problem.

So far i'm the problem it not re-appearing (touch wood!). Do you enable the vibrate mode? I think it helps to loosen up the proximity between the outerscreen and the inner touch screen.

I don't think SIS looks at warranty card. They just need to see your receipt.

Added on April 2, 2008, 12:56 pmi think you can do that if you put your contact under the phone memory and not the sim memory.
