Dude, there's always an option for you to put it in vibrate mode. The sound is mono....what do u expect? I use it more for doing work, setting appointment and stuff. The best of course is the amount of control and 3rd party software that you could use with it. Great for those who likes to mod

You could use iContact v0.6. It will only shows the contact from the phone. The interface looks just like the iPhone contacts. Just Google it. As for copying the simcard contact to the phone, just use the SIM Manager under Contacts.

Happen to me too in sense of muffle while talking but not the bad reception. Perhaps needed to upgrade it..hmm
