Guys, has anyone seen this htc branded leather pouch case being sold anywhere in KL?

HTC Touch just launch "Double Memory Capacity" model.

Anyone know what is the price point?

thinking of getting the HTC touch enhance. anyone can recommend which shop is good? any shops provide more than 2 years warranty?

U can try Fresh Gear...

Fresh gear selling for RM1,999. You can also try PDA Expert at Mid Valley. Oh, but do remember, any extended warranty is only by the shop itself, not by the manufacturer.

For info of all - HTC Touch Enhanced or Double Memory Capacity or 2nd Generation all refers to the same thing. 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM memory. Comes in Black, White, Red/Burgundy or Green. The older model or non-Enhanced one only has 64MB RAM and 128 ROM memory and comes in black and green only.

If you get a white or red one, then for sure its the Enhanced version. As for black or green, from outside cannot see any difference. So ask the shop to switch the unit on for you and check the memory for yourself from the phone. If you dunno how to do it, ask the guy to do it and show you. But if you get the other colours, also just check the memory anyway just in case.

hey guys i am planning 2 sell my htc touch ( normal version ) off. Im getting an iphone . Any takers ? It comes with SanDisk 2gb ram and the latest Blue Touch Rom. It looks way cooler and has more memory space to install. I will do a hard reset and install for u the Iphone look a like phone lock software as well. So then its pretty cool. wow thats cheap.....i saw enhanced at puchong ioi mall they had promotion there for rm1999 free 2gb and bluetooth....but ur offer is really good....im going to get it by end of this month hope there is such offer

To disable your Touch from automatically connecting and incurring unnecessary charges...

Go to Start -> Settings -> Connections tab -> Connections icon -> Under Maxis 3G Internet Settings, Choose Manage Existing Connections -> Click NEW -> Enter any name for the new connection -> Click Next -> Enter any number -> Click Next -> Leave the Username, Password empty -> Click FINISH.

In the List of Networks, choose the newly created one instead of your Maxis/Digi/Celcom connection.


The next time any software wants to connect to the 3g/GPRS, it will not be able to connect, and will prompt you to type your username/password.

Hi guys ... I am thinking of getting a HTC Touch Enhance tomorrow ... was wondering if there is such thing as AP for the HTC phone ? Coz i dont wanna get a AP for a PDA phone .. worried that it has problems and stuff ... and also where should i get it and what is the current price ?

how much the big difference between touch and touch II? i mean in term of performance..

hmmm I would say if buy the newer model ... you can flash it with a nicer ROM and also less lagg when u open more applications kua ...

Just joined the club with a white Touch Enhanced (they call it Touch Color in Taiwan). Haven't really played with the original touch but compared to my 818Pro which is essentially the same spec with lower ram, the extra ram really helped in opening apps and folders... especially the windows folder which took freakin forever (Up to 5 minutes!!!!) in my 818Pro.

so how much did you get it for? wats the package? im planing to get 1 soon
