got the phone keypad installed by the shop guy....and it think it's the T9 coz got some T9 symbol on it

dude, that software is developed by htc itself and it was made for htc touch and other compatible htc devices. why wouldn't OEM software have problems?

and its not like windows operating systems works perfectly anyway...

I found this Flash SMS software which was specially made for HTC TyTN aka 838p, hope you can try it on Touch
