Like the thread name, which paste/grease would you use or using?

On your cpu and/or your gpu.

and which you think is better?

capalang RM3.5, works well. my OCed sempron (1.4ghz - 2.33ghz) idle temp is 40C or less. if during nite, sometime may even get as cold as 35C doh.gif

btm line: capalang toothpaste not bad thumbup.gif

your disappointment is unjustified, it's clear that you're expective like 5 - 10c drop in temperature which is unrealistic.

anyway after using so many paste (CM, AS, capalang) - i've decided to stick with capalang paste. smile.gif

if i never oc, which thermal paste would be recomended ???

i never change for 1 year oledi lolz
*
doh.gif must change once a month (for maximum thermal dissipation, and for OC freak) or at least once 6 months if u are lazy.

*capalang RM3 (or less), the white colour one, which looks like toothpaste. is recommended for u. no need buy expensive one, as it not worth at all. even though u are a super oc freak or oc noob.
