This project is by developer called Best Silver Development Sdn Bhd.

The project located next to MRR2 opposite Laman Residensi. There will be two entrances in the future from MRR2 (currently) and Jalan Batu View for those enter from Jalan Kuching.
RUMAWIP with full condo facilities selling at RM300,000k nett , some units offer KLCC view.

Just saw the brochure on this house.. 900sqft.. Location quite nice..

Don't be tricked by this developer, I was one of the buyer from their previous project sentrovue service apartment under villa avenue sdn bhd. They use new company name for each of their projects..
1)The VP delayed up to 7month
2) defects is terrible
3) facilities was not provided as advertised
4) they sold as service apartment but delivered with a medium cost apartment
4) they tricked the buyers on LAD payment
5) developer listed as project sakit under Selangor

Sharing my bad experience... Hope you do some research.

Got mine approved from dbkl on middle of may. Ady sign loan with bank and now waiting for snp from developer.

I had already signed banks letter offer for around 1 month plus jor.. haven’t got calls from developer side to sign spa

any units still available? any agents to contact?

Owners mind to share the brand of the lifts?

Very solid RumaWIP project. Probably the best that I've seen to date. 2' x 2' glazed tiles for the flooring, wall to wall window panels for master bedroom and guest room 1, nice view. Facilities also tip top, with swimming pool, gym, badminton court, outdoor court AND sky bridge/sky terrace.

For RM300k, it's a steal.

Very impressive indeed

Great showcase of quality and not compromising on good design fundamentals.
