Interest rate increase will change the affordability.

Then you need to factor in the change in government policy.

If it for speculation better wait until the overhang is clear.

When one say normal, what does it mean?

Property market boom again like abt 10 years ago? or property market revert to price before the previous general price hike.

Or simply..market pick up with activity like that in 2012?

2040, according to the stats. SG used to have the young foreigners as their cushion, but the citizens don't know any better and were very anti-foreigner, so now they are reaping what they sow:

Malaysia property will recover if there is a vibrant workforce to support it. If malaysia is open to more foreign expats and workers I'm very sure there's alot of potential.

If under bn, bn continue makan suap, but they are morr foreigner friendly. M2h program will stay at RM320k and would approve foreigner visa. Now under pakatan. Hmmm.. first msg Mr M to foreigner, is u can buy but your visa not necessariily get approved. U as foreigner, u dare buy? My mother in law is worrying for no reason. Idiot.

Local pay is relatively low, not many expats would be interested except those from war torn countries.

U need to wake up. Example, sg is a country where everything is fair, and based on capability not race. But its an expensive country to retire.

All the companies i work with all my boss hold sg citizen. No citizen, security clearance lower, cannot pay. I have a Malay sg as my boss btw. His pay is above RM100k per month.

So we should vote out PH in the next election ?

But I am not sure BN or UMNO will last until the next election.

No.. should change old DR mindset. Pakatan should be more open to foreigners and investment.
We dont need to feed another hungry demon.

5 years ago I always hear people want to buy house. These days I mostly hear people want to migrate out of Malaysia.

Unless u have RM21mil, u can forget retirement overseas. I did my calculation. Not a good idea. Great for your kids, not good for you. Unless u plan to retire in bangkok outskirts( must learn thai) or some 3rd world country, life is harder for u.
