 Maxis should treat their customer equally

I tried to port out to Yoodo. Maxis called to counter offer.

RM30 x 4 months discount for supp

Honestly most people would stay but I already have a S8 and S9+. Plus I have been frustrated with maxis indoor coverage for quite a while now. I insist to port out and get greeted with you won't get this offer again when you're coming back to Maxis in future.

If you're interested to maintain your customer, just outdo your competitors. Your coverage maybe better but what's the use when the speed is so bad. I have been paying RM108+48 for more than 2 years. I have been complaining like forever about speed especially indoors and they gave you the standard answer that they would look into it.

Yes, I ported from Celcom to Maxis when they experienced the counter offer thing years ago. The influx of mnp jammed Celcom so bad that I had to port out. But now it seem many are going back to Maxis yet again. Yoodo Speedtest yield triple or quadruple maxis speed easily, not to mention better signal for indoors.

When are Maxis going to walk the talk and really upgrade their network for real?
