why now when drag images downloaded from whatsapp to photoshop or Ai will occur this error? sometimes can but mostly cannot. noticed this issue happening this year. really frustrating, have to copy the images 1 by 1 on whatsapp and then paste into photoshop to save as new jpeg ranting.gif

Try capturing the image via Windows snipping tool and then save it as jpeg, gif or png. But I'm not sure abt its resolution thou.

uhhh... it's from Whatsapp. Why should you even bother using Whatsapp image to use in your artwork?

For quick grabs, just screenshot because the resolutions are not as big as your monitor.

becuase the artwork i'm doing is not big, just some A4 or A5, that's why using image from whatsapp is fine and faster
