I'm looking for 60 set refurbish desktop and monitor. Any recommendation.

1) Any requirement on Desktop Spec? Like Core i3, i5, i7? Minimun 4GB or 8GB RAM? win 10?
2) as for monitor we got 15" to 24" inchi.

I3 , min 4gb , win 10 monitor 19" for school use.

We got cheaper spec but if Quantity over 60 units one got below.
