Upstairs a lot knocking voice, moving chairs and humping sound.

I thought floor and ceiling are very thick compared to walls, can sound still penetrate?

yes can. so don't do it. and also don't walk with heavy footsteps or wear hard sole shoes in house. it's irritating to pipu below u.

i have a recording studio in my apartment, but neighbour still hear it even i close all door and seal all lubang.

That is to reduce noise for the unit below.. how to reduce noise that affects you from the unit above?

Apart from those chair noise etc.

How about vocal noise? if someone arguing can it be heard from the unit above/below/beside?

Install noise insulation materials in your unit to reduce sound leak from your unit

no . in fact, maybe it's worse. as build quality these days getting worse. don't ask me how come, i don't know.
