Yeah govt should start doing their duty and the first step to that is to limit or put a ceiling to the selling prices of leasehold properties.If developers don’t agree then ask them buy freehold land instead of leasing the land for cheap from the govt and then pricing the houses ikut suka hati to maximise profits. Private companies so geng then should have no reason to depend on govt to lease lands to them.
