Maybe your screen tint need some adjustment? Also isn't the main lens on the XR and XS/XS Max same camera only differ that the higher end having telephoto lens and different processing s/wares. Also since phone still new, the lcd hasn't settled down (burn in) yet...

My bad. You are both right, its nothng to do with the screen. May I suggest taking a full frame picture of a white wall. The result would then show whether there is any yellowish on any part of the picture.
