i use belkin charging pad to charge my iphone Xs Max, it's not fast as using Usb cable.

Yesterday, I bought the original Apple adapter ( rm49 from macity ) for 3.5mm headphone. So far unhappy with it as the audio turned out poor with intermittent buzzing sound
I am using a LG earphone set ( my favourite one) . I will try later with my other Xioami piston and Samsung Note 9 unit

From what I read, non Apple dongle (Pixel, htc etc) are even worse. Cucuk cannot detect, delay detection, easily spoiled etc.

Would be great to see what can be done here... But I think most likely the replacement will take time, or they give you a seed unit with eSim instead

true, i used a non apple dongle for headphone jack and charger, once i plugged in my earphone, it create a noise like a TV broadcast disturbed

The apple case does not cover/protect the bottom part.
The nomad seems to be a better option.

Some said you need to write in to Apple first to have a reference number to claim here?
However if you buy from T&L they will handle the claims for you. Just send it back to their KL office at plaza amoda jalan Imbi

Not sure, but either way T&L has an office in KL so should be no issues sending the phone back there.
