I think the GC is good condition but as stated it has been overclock to extreme, maybe it left some permanent damage to the card, and the seller keep pushing it to other ppl and then to you.. Go refund, 1 month warranty my a$$ as in his thread, it's impossible for you to claim coz of overclock..
