for those who received turbo-ed to 500 or 800mbps. do your package for IPTV upgraded too? as from aneka to ultimate pack?

mine were still aneka plan even upgraded during the 2017 campaign. wanted to know who were ultimate package since 2017 campaign. so that i can get prove and show to TM. which i could entitle for ultimate plan.

Yet, after a week, i recheck with LiveChat... no log been record. Yet, relog the report once again. and told to wait another 2 week.

upgraded to Unifi 800mbps. paying rm210++ per month.
but was hope can pay less but remove out aneka plan. possible?
