TS ... technician already troubleshooted the me unifi speed.

turn out my TP-LINK DIR 850L cannot support the 300mbps speed. the most i can get is around 103mbps speed. please update the green guide to exclude DIR 850L form the list of gigabyte router

I am on the 100Mbps package and just now i tested using speedtest download 84.94Mbps and upload 52.66Mbps, normal?

just received my unifi biz bill after turboed to 300 Mbps with no notification (found out by speed test).. as reported by others, price increased because the discount is gone!
latest bill:
unifi biz advance 300Mbps = RM299
simple voice plus 30 = RM30

old bill:
unifi biz advance 30 Mbps = RM299 - RM40 discount = RM259
simple voice plus 30 = RM30

those unifi biz subscribers who kena this... have you contacted TM about this unannounced price increase?
but somehow I feel there is a clause somewhere in their TnC that allows them to do this 

When did you subscribe to Unifi for RM199 100mbps? I was RM199 for 50mbps only leh

Is it previously you are on RMXXX (i dunno the price) 50mbps, then they call you to upgrade to RM199 100mbps?

They did call me before, to upgrade from RM199 50mbps (current plan) to 100mbps at RM240 (somewhere around there la). Naturally I didnt accept the offer, and looking at now luckily I didnt accept the offer.

yeap, connect LAN cable to port 4 but still can't watch unifi tv. this my setting tp link Archer 1200V. but don't have iptv setting.

So.. I just got my Turbo from Unifi Pro 100Mbps RYE 2017 to 800Mbps 2 days ago, didn't receive any SMS notification but just noticed by checking my Unifi Care account.

My setup is currently:
Modem: HuaWei HG8240H
Router: Dlink DIR 880L (Gigabit on LAN and WAN port, AC1900)
Switch: TP Link TLSG108E (Gigabit Unmanaged Smart Switch)
Cables: Generic Cat5e cable


I have a generic Cat5e cable running from Modem > Router, Router > Switch, Switch to Desktop PC
After some Googling it seemed that this router supports LAN and WAN on Gigabit speeds and I can't seem to reach the target.
What I have did:
- Ordered Cat6 cables from Ugreen and Dintek and will post another Speed Test results later.
- Speedtest in Safe Mode with Networking
- Power off modem and router for 10 mins before power up again
- Disabled QoS (on both Router and Switch)

Any advice on this?
