Anyone else here still using DIR-850L router with 500/800Mbps turbo?

I can't get past 305Mbps on speedtest, I tried multiple speedtest sites, downloaded few stuffs. But the max download speed I get is only 39mb/s.

My connection is wired, Cat6 ethernet cab.

This is a gigabit router. It's supposed to be able to achieve gigabit speed on wired, but I don't think so anymore. I need confirmation on DIR-850L turboe'd user before I bin this thing.

Where did you order your C3150? I thought it is out of stock at the moment. Is it v2?
Bro, your upload speed is indeed correct. It is 800Mbps download, 200Mbps upload for the turboed 800Mbps. It is not symmetrical.

There are limited units on lazada and shopee now. Yup seller confirms it's v2

TM technician just came over my place after I report that using LAN cable I only manage to achieve 300 plus. He tested using his laptop and also got same results 300 plus. Then he say probably BTU or router prob. So he say router already more than 1 year old ( dlink 850L) so will change with the dlink DIR842 to test first and got aboyt 497mbps via cable. So he charging me rm53 for the new router and let me keep the old one. But when I tested with my laptop I only get 300 plus again via cable. Technician say it's my laptop prob. Anyone have any idea?

Try Safe Mode with Networking and test again. You could be throttled by your CPU.
I would prefer to buy my own than to take their stock router.

Already ordered my c3150 but since rm53 ok la. Just keep it as a spare or can use upstairs. Ok will try safe mode again on my laptop. Tq

Ok tried under safe mode. Got 520mbps using TM speedtest website. But use ookla only get about 200 only.
Btw which channel to use for 2.4ghz? And should I enable the ipv6 ( it's disabled by default). Only the ipv4 enabled.

Yes, I remember that you have ordered your C3150. You will definitely enjoy using it.
Try with the C3150 when it arrives. You should get higher speed. You should use a Wifi Analyzer to determine which 2.4GHz channel you should be on, but if you can't be bothered, just set to auto is fine. Nope, try not to enable IPv6. It is not implemented as well as IPv4, so keep it switched off.
