TM technician just came over my place after I report that using LAN cable I only manage to achieve 300 plus. He tested using his laptop and also got same results 300 plus. Then he say probably BTU or router prob. So he say router already more than 1 year old ( dlink 850L) so will change with the dlink DIR842 to test first and got aboyt 497mbps via cable. So he charging me rm53 for the new router and let me keep the old one. But when I tested with my laptop I only get 300 plus again via cable. Technician say it's my laptop prob. Anyone have any idea?

Ok tried under safe mode. Got 520mbps using TM speedtest website. But use ookla only get about 200 only. Btw which channel to use for 2.4ghz? And should I enable the ipv6 ( it's disabled by default). Only the ipv4 enabled. Tq |
