Cannot downgrade? ANy reason?

HI, I recently get the 500mbps upgrade and because of my old router innatech rg4332 I can't get max speed.I go to unifi account to check whether I get the modem upgrade but just btu replacement and no modem replacement. I don't want to spend money on a new modem and if can get about 300mbps happy already.

Hey guys. I'm on 500mbps upgrade. I usually paid rm189 for my package and my contract ends this month. Suddenly i need to pay RM239 for this month plus sst. Is this normal? Gila liao i subscribe 30mbps. Get free 50mbps upgrade then 500mbps then they ask me to pay more from what i subscribe for. I don't even got 500mbps.

Dlink DIR 850L router can deliver 1.2Gbps on paper, not sure practically whether it can cope with 800mbps wifi or not

i get 200+ mbps download on speedtest chrome browser. But i get 800+ Mbps download on speedtest pc apps.

How come theres is so much different ya. Is our browser can handle tat much of download speed ?

guys so now for 800Mbps with Ultimate lowest price is RM159 ?

and for 500Mbps Ultimate pack anyone getting RM129 ?

Cant seem to get past 150mpbs no on 5ghz wifi for my 800mbps turbo..

Still using TM archer c1200, waiting for my Asus Blue Cave to arrive, ordered through amazon. Hope that changes things.

i just did a live chat with the TM and was inform now need to give 30days notice for termination and will need to return modem to the nearest TM point.

as my current unifi is copper and TIME just came to my building so i have applied for TIME and wanted to terminate the slow and expensive unifi. Anyone know is it true that need to serve notice period of 30days?

i know last time don have this practice. just walk in with the modem then terminate on that day itself only.

hey guys, today TM suddenly come to change my unifi modem and router.

And well i was not at home by family member were at home.
So they came and change lo (TM technician, 3 ppl)

Was informed by family member that they saw my EVPAD (android box) and keep asking about that device, saying it illegal etc. (although we very long didnt use it d, not that user friendly)

Am wondering, will i be in trouble etc?

I am not asking myself whether I need more speed or not.
I am asking how much current 800Mpbs user are paying in comparison. If you don't have such info I am asking, I advise to refrain asking other unrelated question.

By the way, yes I do have huge bandwidth usage - Google drive backup daily around ~50GB, VM cloud backups, Github for applications I develop, my Visio drawings, my network project documentations etc.

Having issues setting up blue cave router.. I set my unifi username and password in pppoe mode , but internet still not connecting. I did the same setting in archer c1200 it works.. I may have a faulty router here.
