Previously may unifi package is unifi advance 30Mbps + Ruby (RM129+30). I applied to convert to Unifi 100Mbps RM129 to reduce monthly commitment. But when I received the bill, it showed that I subscribed to Ultimate package without agreement by me. So total charge is still same. Many complaint reports were made via live chat, they changed my package to RM129 package only. Now they charged me for terminate of Ultimate package and downgrade fee (about RM670). It is ridiculous to charge me extra because of their own problem!!!
