I give up to wait for turbo upgrade. Have complaints to TM few times and MCMC but it seems not working at all. Received email saying that my upgrade will be by end of the year but just now chat with TM they said my account scheduled to be upgrade in 2nd phase (Jan-June 2019).

May I confirm we can still maintain our Hyptv aneka pack as usual using our previous set given by TM?

after more than 10 emails and calls Unifi upgraded me to turbo speed 500mbps. when I check my speed, it can only go up to 150mbps download/upload. Have a chat with unifi reps and they said the router could not support up to 500 mbps. they said i can pay them RM 188.95, or buy myself new router or have a free router with contract (12 or 24 months could not recall). is this common, asking for free router with contract or anyone here get it for free without conditions?

I have my old modem TP-Link W8980 used when I was in Australia. Plan to try it temporarily for my 500 mbps speed upgrade. Anywhere I can get step by step to configure and setup both internet and Hyptv.

Hi, I have been upgraded to 500mbps with RM 179 before tax with Aneka pack. From what I gathered some people can get 800 mbps with cheaper price and even with the same package as mine with lower price. May I know how you do it?

Is it worth to buy router from TM or better buy outside?

My turbospeed is 500 mbps, now thinking to buy router either TP-Link Archer C7 or C9. Any significant different between these 2 models to achieve 500 mbps?

Get the C9. No significant difference but C9 is better. Make sure it is v5. Otherwise, just top up and get the C2300.

Thank you for your opinion. I read some good reviews of D-Link Dir-867, any better of this router compared to C9 TP-Link? My budget around RM 400++

I have changed my router to TP-Link Archer C9. modem is Huawei HG8240W. Speed test direct to the router 200 mbps download and 100 mbps upload. Should I start making noise with Unifi? But have yet to change the cable to CAT6 cable. Turbo speed supposed 500 mbps
