Need help! My Unifi can't connect to the internet, already restart and reset wifi router also cannot..

My technician said use pppoe user name and password to reset router, but how to do it after I got the user name and password?

Hi, wanna ask how to watch the unifi iptv on tv ? The installer didn't mention anything, I'm only able to watch in iPad through the app, is it only available on smart device?
