Turbo 800 upgraded from 100Mbps. RM159 and not the cheapest. There're a few here at RM149.

Just called 100, there is currently service disruption in certain areas of Klang Valley for upgrading work from 10PM yesterday until 6AM today.

Wonder why my UniFi suddenly cut off on 12AM today. Just changed to another ISP temporarily.

How could TM being so irresponsible by not upfront inform those whose are affected??

Is it normal that when unifi service was interrupted, the telephone can make & receive calls too? But my hyyptv is still functioning though...

Well RM10 offer to upgrade to Ultimate pack and remove Ruby pack by RM30 sound not logic and unfair to those who not take up RM10 upgrade offer. TM no sense at all.

Yes it make sense, that was not my question. My question is some people got Ruby pack removed and see a reduction in their monthly fee as the discount was not adjusted.

My Ruby pack was removed as well but they adjusted the discount at the same time so my monthly fee remains the same.

Maybe depending on when you removed. By right shall not have any price reduction else everyone will upgrade to Ultimate offer n removed the old one to reduce the overall price.

Think now no more such good story to tell. Lol...

This is another mystery to me. But mine is still iFlix VIP for now. Without paying anything, of course.
