I no idea. I just google n some mentioned about how to make it reboot everyday but not reset.

Well RM10 offer to upgrade to Ultimate pack and remove Ruby pack by RM30 sound not logic and unfair to those who not take up RM10 upgrade offer. TM no sense at all.

Maybe depending on when you removed. By right shall not have any price reduction else everyone will upgrade to Ultimate offer n removed the old one to reduce the overall price.

I didn't use for more than a month if not mistaken. Usually auto renew every month. Just test it today morning and found out no VIP. Will try again later by removing some DNS settings. Due to these kind of offer/mistake to limited users, TM lost of those paid full by canceling unifi. No wonder TM nowadays can't make profit.

Usually the app only can by connect thru Wi-Fi. Lan connection will fail. Anyway, u are IT expert, u may know more than me.
