QUOTE(hackwire @ Nov 2 2018, 03:32 PM) Dude, I don't care if its myth or not. Once i drink coffee then i can skip another meal. Isn't tea also caffeine? the guys here who asked you to eat vege and fruit etc.. i don't think they understand your view of point. you were asking about how to SUPPRESSED APPETITE. This is something i am trying to find out lately. But first!.. im not some direct selling agent. u can checked my record here, just to clarify b4 i go on. I may be harsh to some because sometimes i have to use words like dumbs and idiots. but i guess, im not going to do it here because im one of them too.. ok here goes... I have not come across any food or fruits that could " Supressed APPETITE" When we said suppressing appetite, i know what it is. It's has to do with Mind Power . U r able to control your mind instead of your mind telling u that u r hungry. But first u got to cut out GLUCOSE. That's the culprit. u r still eating CARBS. hidden sugar in the solid food and many Malaysian are writting a dead wish . good for health insurance and pharma.. yippee.. Anyway, i hate to blabber a lot of scientific stuff. just get on with it.. So far i have only discovered Herbalife Tea Mix able to do that. i stops here. u got to try it and only u knows it. From here, i believed ingredients like tea leaf have that suppresant. i don't know other things but i have tried green tea but doesn't work. Im not sure how herbalife extraction or other ingredients in the mix that make it works. If any of u knows the secret to get the same effect as this Herbalife Tea Mix, pls do share here as i would prefer to cut cost in my supplement and without hurting my pocket in the long term too. And by the way, KETO diet able to trigger KEtosis that suppressed appetite. u can use that too but i prefer something to kick in quick. Keto takes some times to kick in. PS.. someone just mentioned Coffee.. another mistaken MYTH. it's caffein and increased metabolism and doesn't supressed appetite. u know what i mean by dumb sometimes. This is just the TS in sugar craze mode. Cut down the sugar and he'll be fine. |

QUOTE(Exodius @ Nov 2 2018, 05:15 PM) Do you just consume pure Americano / black coffee without any sugar to turn off your appetite ? Does caffeine tablet work on you? No caffeine tablets doesn't work on me. Black coffee works best with less sugar but i can't stand the taste if no sugar. Avoid all other 3 in 1. You're in high carb consumption, very difficult to jump into keto. You need to cut down by stages until your body/mind is ready for it. Everything ok in moderation. Your meals all looks fine except dinner chicken wings + fries + coke zero. Why u think its stressing your body since you cant gain weight. |

QUOTE(Exodius @ Nov 2 2018, 09:46 PM) Coke Zero have zero sugar what 😂 the problem with it is fried? That is marketing i guess? where got such thing as zero calorie and sugar but taste good. lolI have succumb to the ‘protein diet’ of gym and therefore every time I ordered something I will subconsciously opt for protein choices instead of purely carbs . I avoid all sugar/ glucose but I know carbs are broken down into glucose in the end as well. My weight fluctuates between +- 3 kg all the time, and taking in so much food seems to stress on my kidney and pancreas’s as doctor has told me that my family has history of heart attack and diabetes therefore should monitor my volume moderately. No problem with fried food if you cook yourself at home. Change the oil every single time u fry something cause it has already gone pass the boiling point. Outside they will use the same oil to fry over and over again. That is not a good thing for your health. |
