My bezza 5 years old ad and having this oil leaking. Can anyone enlighten what this issue?

OK my Bezza 2017 battery is dead and cannot open car lock. Car locked until battery dead.
So what the correct way to open car lock and replace battery? Since car were locked and if use manual key to open the car lock will trigger any alarm? EDIT: Just place order via CARPUT apps, and order AMARON HILIFE. Use manual key to open lock, and battery replacement, car alarm will sound, lock the door using remote and alarm will stop.
