One expensive property at Ara Damansara. 700 to 1000+ per sqft. Not walkable to LRT.
Some more it is leasehold. Majority other projects in Ara Damansara is freehold.

Actually do brickz / edge property / iproperty and now latest website call property advisor (under property guru) will listed auction market sold unit into their data reflects as market value?

I can assume this kind of company are received the data from lhdn as all the snp & POS need to be stamping else.
