When I had intercourse, it hurts very bad till the extend I need stop having intercourse.. It hurts when the skin is forcefully push bk during intercourse. So. Would like to ask few things

1. How much does the surgery cost?

2. Will they remove the whole skin or partial?

3. Heard that there will be reduce in sensitivity. Is it true?

4. Hw long will be the surgery?

5. What is the expected recovery days I needed?

6.will be local or general anesthetic?

7. When erect, I cn pull my skin and show abit of the gland bt nt much. Shud I continue stretching exercise? If yes. What is the correct way? 1 say hw many times? Each time hw long

Understand there is existing thread bout this, bt it consist of all old replies from few years back.

surgery may take up a little time but need around 1 or 2 weeks to recover depend on yourself. if keep on erect in the morning might be problem for you because the wound has not fully recover yet and it might bleed once you erect.

just my 2 cents, not from my experience though but heard from friend.

I would suggest you try to loosen it during shower as it is in the most flacid state then. Over time it won't be so tight anymore and you can easily clean the forehead. No need to resort to surgery unless absolutely necessary.

1. How much does the surgery cost?
Not that expensive, if no complication, less than RM200 at clinic

2. Will they remove the whole skin or partial?
Remove the foreskin lo until the penis head is always exposed

3. Heard that there will be reduce in sensitivity. Is it true?
Actually increase in sensitivity because penis head is sensitive and after the surgery, there is no more cover... so you reach climax faster.

4. Hw long will be the surgery?
5 minutes only

5. What is the expected recovery days I needed?
1 to 2 week. First 3 days you need to stay at home, after that you can start go to work already

6.will be local or general anesthetic?
local anesthetic will do, this is not major surgery

7. When erect, I cn pull my skin and show abit of the gland bt nt much. Shud I continue stretching exercise? If yes. What is the correct way? 1 say hw many times? Each time hw long
Surgical is the last resort unless you have other reasons (religion, cleanliness). Because it is irreversible.
Yes.... try stretching it until it become painful then stop. If you have progress more and more penis head is reveal then is good. once you can reveal the full penis head, then consider success, no more stretching required

If possible I don't want to cut too. So for stretching exercise, once it cn reveal full penis head, then I no need to do anymore stretching exercise right? Even after I stop, the skin won't go bk last right?

What I'm doing now is, pinch left n right of the skin opening and pull opposite side then maintain for 1 or 2 mins each time

Yup, Once you can stretch it to fully reveal penis head, you don't need to stretch it anymore, it won't go stick back together.
But from time to time, you still need to wash it. Personal hygiene purposes cool2.gif

I had phimosis, and got myself circumcised when I was around 23 or 24 years old.

There are few methods, I heard the easiest is Tara Clamp and least painful, probably laser?

I did mine through natural cut as the foreskin is very tight and cannot be retracted at all; and the doctor I went to; did not do laser.

Circumcision, even if due to phimosis is not claimable from medical insurance (except for room and board, depending on insurance)

As for erection, your body knows how to control erections during the recovery period. The wood will go down naturally before fully erecting. Definitely feels better after getting it cut, stretching will work for those with partial phimosis; even then there is a danger of the foreskin retracting and blocking blood supply to the penis head (this is a very dangerous medical condition and need to be rushed to the ER).
