act ur fsb is only 400.. but then intel use quad pump sthing like that (forgot what its called) .. so effectively ur fsb is running at 400x4 = 1600fsb..

ur stock fsb is 266, but then multiply by 4 equals to 1066 (intel rated fsb)

coreclock is calculated by multiplying ur fsb with ur multiplier..

for example e6600 default is 266fsb x 9 multiplier = 2.4ghz

so let say u increase ur fsb to 400fsb, then times by 9 multiplier, it becomes 3600mhz @ 3.6ghz
