my grandpa get back home last week after long vacation.. and he call me up to ask.. his favorite grandson of course
he said he got this letter in his mailbox with a mark 'PENTING' with government letterhead , when open ,he said inside the letter said, his house was selected to give feedback for census (banci) .. since no one at home the census guy want my grandpa to call him back

by the way.. what is this all of a sudden?
and what kinda question does this guy want to ask...
is it ok to ignore?

Its for national statistic purposes.

Govt cannot check everyone for this, so they take a sample. And your grand dad is selected to be part of that.
