Auto Renew Validity, Forgot to top up my credit.

Hello... my auto renewal for 90 days validity failed because I forgot to top up my credit. SMS from hotlink says to "Top Up and try again via UMB". Have already topped up... now what is UMB????

Hi,
I'm on HYC plan, when top-up rm10, the validity only extend 10 days...what happen to topup rm10 that can extend the validity up to 90 days? |
