I had two experience in KLIA2 where one driver was at the carpark for 15 min of no signing of exiting. I ping him a few times and still no response.
Another one called me n say if not cash, he doesn't want to take and if i want to book another rider, i should cancel it.
I think so far, I've only cancelled two trips. First time was because this lady cab driver got lost and couldn't find where I was. She made me 20 mins late! Turned twice and went past me omg. Second time, was another driver who couldn't find where I was too....And my house is on the main road. No other drivers have such problems though. Both times I left message to Grab..would that lower my priority as well.
