Getting 100 ip address all the time now

my adsl given ip now is 100.106.42.**
last week i still given public ip
no wonder this few days internet pelik pelik one, suddenly no internet for few mins then back again, and happen again and again.
I tot adsl disconnected, but check router log no problem pulak, tot is google dns facing problem, tried to change to cloudflare dns still same.
rupa nye ni internal ip management problem
damn tm
thanks to this, even port forwarding is not working anymore, give me back my ports wei
