Having worked in many THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES in many parts of the world ( esp those in Middle east & Africa ) ------ no surprises here as their COUNTRY TAX DEPT ---- from what those Big 4 firms advise is ----- their opinion CAN CHANGE when there is a change in personnel which happens after some time like 6 months or 1 year .
Basically they are CORRUPT ---- that's why their opinion CAN CHANGE . So what happens there ---------- is it applicable here ?????
